The River Walk at Christmas

What to do when you're in San Antonio? Go to the River Walk! Our hotel, though not directly on the River Walk, is just a hallway away. Our first night we had some free time, so we headed out.

What we didn't know was that at Christmas, it's even more beautiful. They hang multicolored lights from the trees that are beautiful.

And it turns out that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, they celebrate the Fiesta of the Luminarias. The only night of our five that we could see the luminarias was Sunday night and we did!
