Surprise!! As we were leaving Fredericksburg, Sheryl announced that we were would be making a quick stop in Luckenbach, Texas. She even played the Waylon Jennings song and we all sang along. In all the years that I lived in Texas, I never made it to Luckenbach. Now I can say I've been there. :-)
The general store was filled with all kinds of goodies (I tried not to spend too much money on souvenirs), including this fun item.
If you're going to Luckenbach, you have to drink a good beer. It's been a long time since I've had a Shiner Bock.
