Here's another water break. This time we had to hike downhill a way to get to the water, so we left our packs at the top of the hill. Very efficient use of our personal energy. Here you see Judy filtering our water for us. To her right is the pipe. The water comes from springs or creeks but the folks to maintain the trail created easier ways for hikers to get to the water. By 10:52 we had gotten our fill of water (literally) and were off again.
