Zion Day 1--Dinner

Considering how few camping supplies we had, we did a rocking job on our first night of camping. We used a little of our own ingenuity to pull off dinner. We got a great fire going on the first try and cooked our steaks with just some aluminum foil over the grill that was a part of our campsite. Not sure if it was so very delicious because of the great marinade, the slow cooking over an open fire, the fact that we were really hungry after a very long day, or the great local beer that accompanied it. Not sure it really matters....we just really enjoyed dinner.
