The Travelin' Trio joined up with Lisa and Stan that we met on our Rick Steves' Central Europe trip and we became The Alpine Amigos. Together we took another Rick Steves' trip, this time a My Way Tour where the company takes care of lodging and transportation and you plan the rest. If you're going to spend two weeks in the Alps, I can't imagine trying to arrange hikes with 28 people every day. It's definitely a trip where you need to plan your own daily adventures, and we did.
And of course, we made a photo book. This time we went to Phoenixville, PA where we also treated ourselves to an evening at Shady Maple Smorgasbord and the Sight and Sound production of Noah. We gathered to make the book only 6 weeks after the end of the trip...we learned our lesson and the perils of waiting too long.
