When we were in the Garden at the exact opposite corner (across the diagonal) from the gate we entered, it hit me. And I asked Karen for the second morning in a row, "Did you put any money in the parking meter?" Ooops. Her answer was no. We were leaving anyway, but I believe we had a little more determination in our step as we headed towards the car. Fortunately, there was no ticket. As we sat in the car getting the GPS programmed for the day's journey and chatting about what to do next, the meter reading lady crossed the street in front of us. As we pulled out, she was walking past our meter.
Where will I travel next? Only God knows . . . literally. As He has provided me with incredible opportunities and adventures, both near and far, I look forward to the next travel or encounter.
